I am active with both of these proposal. This type of overlap is noted in https://proposals.codidact.com/posts/289770. IMO we should continue double-tagging questions like this, and when it's time to promote a proposal into a site, we can easily get a list of double-tagged questions and decide then. I'm sure bulk re-tagging would not be a difficult task.

I think this quite clearly belongs on Home Improvement and not anywhere else. We shouldn't use multiple tags if it can be avoided, I think.

Btw the contractor who does flooring must clearly be a floorist, right? 🙄
