Reduce the number of characters needed in description titles from fifteen
Could number of characters required in the title of descriptions be lowered from 15 to 4?
I would have liked to name my proposal just "Webmasters," but that is too short. It seems like the proposed site name would make a good description title, even if that name is only a few characters.

Oops! Thanks for catching this. I have a great many site settings available to tweak, but I don't seem to have one for this. I'll need to get a developer assist -- on our list now. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
