Thanks, this looks like an improvement from my perspective of somebody who is proposing a site.  This lets me get on with demonstrating questions and answers without needing to get the site set up first. This solves my issue of being stuck waiting.

I think I'm using this more or less the way you envisioned, but I've already found some details that will need to be decided which I've asked in meta questions. Maybe I should be tagging those "administration?"
