Tagged "Webmasters" vs "webmasters" -- tag sometimes hidden
Some of the posts in [Incubator Q&A](https://proposals.codidact.com/categories/67) are tagged `[Webmasters]` (with a capital `W`) and some are tagged `[webmasters]` (with a lower case `w`). The posts with capital letter in the tag have that tag show up in the questions list, where as posts with the lower case letter in the tag do not.  I'm not sure exactly what is going on here, but there appears to be some kind of bug. I'm not used to capital letters in tag names at all, so I originally created the tag with the lowercase. It looks like somebody may have created a second version of it with the uppercase. The behavior of that causing the tag to show up at all or not is surprising to me.
