AI is a broader field than Machine Learning. For example, Automated reasoning and Knowledge Representation are AI, but not ML. Most _modern_ AI is about Machine Learning, but not all AI is. Given this, and the limited number of users so far, I think it makes sense to broaden the scope to General AI, and to include everything from ML to use of AI models, to generative AI. The questions could be technical, scientific or philosophical. If the variety of questions gets to be too great, we can always break up the community, but at the start we should get a few dedicated experts who are happy to answer any question to help the community grow.
