In a nutshell... Cloudflare. To give a little more detail, it looks like Cloudflare's anti-AI scraper tool went a bit off the deep end and decided to block our frontend from accessing the backend, as far as I understand, reading the chat logs. That's been mitigated and hopefully won't be a problem again. Cloudflare has been a little trigger-happy lately, so we'll probably take a closer look at what it's been blocking recently and evaluate how we'll be using it in the future, but that's a job for those a bit more technical than me.
