This is sort of a continuation of my "how many megahertz can is needed to granulate rock" question. As I thought about the possibility of how this character's vibration powers would work I eventually started to wonder how would affect water let alone react while underwater. For a better idea let's say he's submerged in either a body of water the size of an Olympic swimming pool or the size of Lake eerie and the character in question can generate enough vibrational force to cause nation wide earthquakes and, as mentioned, can cause granulation in solid rock.
